We’re human and we’re also fair. If we make a mistake we will diligently work to correct it. For incorrectly shipped items we will reimburse 100% of the purchase price plus cover the return shipping costs of the product.
Return & Exchange Process
Recieving your RMA Number
For all returns and exchanges you must first contact us at email@example.com and submit your request for an RMA number. This is the number you will write on the outside of the package prior to shipping the item back to JSPG. No returns shall be accepted without an RMA number. No returns shall be accepted after 30 days from the original shipped date from JSPG.
Returns & Exchange Conditions
You may return your purchase within 30 days for any reason however if you would like a refund we require the following criteria to be met:
– Original shipping cost plus the return shipping cost covered
– RMA # Clearly written onto the outside of the return package
– Received back to us within 30 days time
– Item must be received back in the same condition as which it arrived to you
– The return will be subjected to a 25% item restocking fee

Items Ineligible For Returns/Exchanges
– If applicable the items “VOID” sticker was removed or tampered with
– Electrical items (Sensors, Gauges, Switches, Relays, etc.)
– Tools or Manuals
– Chemicals or Fluids
